We have taken some extra time to put this together because we have so much to say bob pietz heating and cooling services. Overall, it has been amazing to work with them. We had a bad situation with a faulty install of a furnace and A/C. Bob and his team removed the old equipment and installed the new furnace/A/C back in November 2024. They were fast, kind, patient, understanding and gave us all the information we need to make the right decision for our family. They answered every question we could possibly come up with and that was just the beginning. That was before we chose to hire his team. They were professional, on time, and fast. After choosing to hire their company, the apt was booked within a week. The employee that arrived the morning of the install was named Dustin he explained everything in detail and let me ask as many questions as I could come up with. He was very kind and compassionate every step that was taken in my home that day was explained perfectly. He made me feel safe and comfortable because let’s face it, it’s never easy having a stranger in your house. He was very kind and helpful. He showed me all the new equipment parts and explained anything that I was curious about and he reassured me every step. He has helped us more than just installing our ac and furnace as we had been taken advantage of by a previous company. The old install and equipment didn’t work and we had gas leak issues and electrical problems. As he took apart the previous machines he found all sorts of red flag areas that explained why our system wasn’t working. He got everything installed and cleaned up and all in perfect working condition. At the conclusion, he gave me a full tour of our new system and how it worked. I don't know how to put this except that bob pietz heating and cooling is amazing and I would recommend them to everyone I know. Especially his worker Dustin as he was awesome. Service and installation was professional and informative! I dealt with Rob while buying the product and Dustin completed the install. Dustin is very easy going and is very knowledgeable. He pointed out that my solenoid on my humidifier was not working properly that’s why my humidifier is constantly draining cost extra $ on my water bill. The water heater was installed efficiently. I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a water heater or perhaps a furnace / AC. You may have read that in 2024, Dustin installed a new AC for us. Once again, I have a renewed faith in young people after our experience with this man. Dustin radiated every positive quality including professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, efficiency and enthusiasm for their job. My wife and I are so pleased to have met this great guy and look forward to a future relationship with regards to our AC, furnace and water tank. Our furnace stopped producing heat 2 days before Christmas. Since we are new to the area we didn't know who to contact. I looked online and saw that Bob had good reviews and was local so called his number and left a message. Someone called us back within the hour and Bob came that afternoon.
