Susan Fleury2024-01-26Our furnace was generating some heat but it wouldn’t get above 19 Celsius for a few days so we called Rob Pietz. He kindly gave me some suggestions (for free) over the phone which helped temporarily. But then we realized the problem was not going away. So we called for service and the crew came out that afternoon. Dustin and Zaren came out and looked at our old furnace. They did a full deep cleaning of the furnace and the furnace was working again. Dustin explained everything he diagnosed very clearly and he offered suggestions for us to think about. Both men were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed with Dustin’s knowledge and his ability to give us examples to better understand the situation. I would highly recommend these guys if you have any furnace issues. Thank you!!!
